We bought our first Finca in March 2001. It was derelict and stood on a Masia which looked into a valley covered in almond blossom. It was a short drive up an unmade road and had the most beautiful views, which we fell in love with.

We put the restoration of our Finca on our website, which caused so much interest that people started asking for our help in finding them a similar project, so that they too could enjoy the pleasures of inland Spain.

We have now, with the help of local agents, built up good contacts with Architects, Builders, Timber construction house manufactures, Solar Energy specialists and Banks to help you through all aspects of buying, restoring or rebuilding a Finca.
We also have a project management team who can look after your rebuild or reconstruction if you cannot be here.
